Dyson V6 Vacuum Cleaner: dirt bin volume 0.11 gal (0.4 liters), operating time 20 minutes (normal mode) or 6 minutes (burst mode), maximum suction power 100 Air Watts (burst mode),
Dyson V7 Vacuum Cleaner: dirt bin volume 0.14 gal (0.5 liters), operating time 30 minutes (normal mode) or 6 minutes (burst mode), maximum suction power 100 Air Watts (burst mode),
Dyson V6 Absolute is an older model and it has a smaller dirt bin (0.11 vs 0.14 gal, 0.4 vs 0.5 liters), shorter operating time in the normal operating mode (20 vs 30 minutes), but it is also recharged faster (3.5 vs 4 hours) due to the Dyson V6 robot vacuum battery difference, it is lighter (5.1 vs 5.3 pounds) and it is somewhat smaller.
Dyson V6 and Dyson V7 both feature the same brush bar power (75% more power when compared with Dyson V6 Cord-Free), the same operating time in the burst mode, the same maximum suction, and the same cleaning attachments.
However, Dyson V7 Absolute at the moment doesn’t come with a post-motor filter and it is not a true HEPA vacuum cleaner, while Dyson V6 Absolute does come with such filter and features excellent true HEPA air filtration.
